EFFICIENCY OF SOIL APPLIED HERBICIDES IN SUNFLOWER PLANTS
نویسندگان
چکیده
The paper presents the results of research on identifying biological efficiency soil applied herbicides in oil sunflower under conditions Gomel and Brest regions. In technology protecting from weed plants it’s advisable to use which can control almost completely plant infestation during whole vulnerable period crop, particular within first 40 days vegetation.

Factors Contributing to Cotton Injury from Soil-Applied Residual Herbicides
There is narrow selectivity in cotton with regards to soil-applied herbicides, meaning that rates needed for effective weed control can likewise cause cotton injury, especially when environmental conditions are less than optimal for cotton emergence and growth. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of seed size, vigor, and planting depth on cotton injury from soil-applie...

Five photosynthesis inhibiting herbicides were com pared for their mobility in soil colum ns used as the penetration m odel. The vertical m ovem ent o f these com pounds in soil was an a lyzed by a newly developed technique in which herbicide distribution was determ ined by the intensity o f chlorophyll fluorescence in Chlorella cells suspended in aqueous extracts o f soil samples from variou...
متن کاملThe Fate of Herbicides in Soil
The agrochemical spreading is a common and essential agricoltural practice to obtain high quality, large harvests. Agrochemicals are classified according to the target organisms designed to be controlled (insects, weeds, fungi). Of all the target organisms, weeds cause by far the greatest economic loss due to their interference in crop production. It is not surprising therefore, that herbicides...
متن کاملPhytoextraction potential of sunflower and white mustard plants in zinc-contaminated soil
Phytoextraction relies on plants with a high capacity to absorb heavy metals and remove them from the soil. The objective of this study was to analyze the potential of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) and white mustard (Sinapis alba L.) for phytoextraction of Zn-contaminated soil. Research was based on a strict pot experiment conducted in a greenhouse. Seven treatments were established with inc...
